Current Timber Sales

Any timber sales in process of bidding off are listed below. In addition to these (if any), we usually have additional tracts available for negotiation.

TimberCorp is soliciting pay-as-cut offers for thinning timber sales our clients currently have available. A summary of the sales and links to maps are shown below.

The sales are to be thinned by 1/5th row operator-select with a target residual pine basal area of 70 or 80 square feet per acre (exact target basal area depends on the specific sale).

Buyers may submit offers on any or all sales. There is no deadline for receiving offers, and sales will be negotiated on a first-come basis.

Offers should be submitted on a per-ton basis for all products that can be utilized. Offers will be received via letter, fax, email, or phone.

An advance payment equal to 50% of expected removals and an appropriate damage deposit will be required when contracts are signed.

The buyer must provide proof of insurance (General liability, workers comp, and auto) naming TimberCorp as certificate holder. TimberCorp will provide the timber sale contract (copy available upon request).
